A successful project doesn't end when it goes live. To continually improve your Odoo system, we will support you regarding adaptations, extensions, updates, maintenance and upgrades, alongside general advice. In short, our aftersales service agreement is highly flexible.

Depending on your requirements, you may be able to take advantage of discounts on hourly rates and our priority services. The agreement also covers on-demand upgrades of individual programming to fit your newest version of Odoo, without high one-off costs.

The consultant wo advised you during the project will also support you with the after sales services.

Monthly service hours included

Dependig on the model some hours are included per month.

Priority Support

With our after sales agreements, your are prioritized in case of troubleshooting or other requests.

Discount on hourly rates

Get a further discount on the hourly rate for further extensions and support.

24/7 Support

We are one of the very few Odoo partners that can offer support around the clock with our worldwide locations.

Upgrade your Odoo system

We upgrade your individual developments to a new Odoo version free of charge.

Project take-over as possibility:

We can also take over systems that are already in production. If you have installed Odoo yourself or implemented with another partner and the system is unknown to OBS, a comprehensive analysis of the system must be conducted before we can start our support services, which will be charged separately.
