Citizen Watch was using SAP R/3 software, but this software‘s implementer was retiring, forcing Citizen Watch to completely reorganize their software system. Citizen Watch needed a new software that would cover all the functions of the previous software, plus additional functions in the area of sales, CRM, and field sales staff support. After reviewing all the options available, Citizen Watch selected Odoo as their preferred software and chose OBS Solutions as the strong implementation partner in the proof of concept.

There was a slight delay with implementation due to health circumstances, after which the implementation resumed. There were several adjustments, especially in the product management area, to implement the mapping of Citizen Watch's multiple properties. OBS Finance Solutions closed the gap in the accounting area that existed in Odoo Standard and SAP. With OBS EDI connectivity, Citizen Watch can now communicate with key partners and customers through standardized interfaces.
