An overall Odoo solution was chosen during the course of the project, starting with the administrative area, which includes technical and personnel management. Standard modules DMS, ticket system and accounting are supplemented by interfaces and OBS Finance Solutions. Additional functions were also developed and added to the system according to the customer’s specific needs.
There were many customizations included in this project, some of which were developed exclusively for Getec while other joint developments will be available to all customers. Due to Getec’s corporate structure, a special requirement of the project was that all areas for which Odoo is used, now or in the future, must communicate seamlessly with other corporate areas and software used by the company. The Odoo software had alternatives for individual special customization requests from the customer, thus reducing the project’s costs.
