TREND Immobilien wanted to replace the FLOWFACT software due to its slow speed, immature interfaces and poor user support.

At a specialist expo, they spoke with the industry experts from OBS Solutions and were highly impressed with our solution. They were particularly impressed with the modern, independent OBS industry solution that offers a wider range of functions than other providers, like Propstack or the new development from FLOWFACT. They continued the discussions with the OBS Solutions expert team after the expo.

TREND Immobilien and OBS Solutions gradually implemented Odoo as a full software solution. The system primarily consists of CRM, accounting, ticket system and web portal. The system was supplemented with the OBS industry solution extensions, which include real estate agent and manager options, to optimally map the marketing and management of real estate in particular. During the course of the project, minor adjustments were made to the CRM user interface. These adjustments were incorporated into the standard OBS industry solution. In addition, Google contacts synchronization was also added and optimized for TREND Immobilien.
