Challenge

Before implementing Odoo, Qualivino used the accounting software Adsolut, which was based on physical server infrastructure. This solution came with several challenges: frequent and costly server upgrades, regular system outages that would disrupt operations for days, no remote access capabilities, and a user-unfriendly POS system without a B2B portal or automated excise tax calculations. Additionally, excise declarations were processed using complex Excel formulas, making the process both time-consuming and prone to errors.

Solution

Qualivino decided to switch to Odoo and implement an integrated, scalable solution that would enable centralized product management and streamline operations. With the Odoo implementation by OBS-Solutions, multiple processes were optimized, including product management, POS systems, CRM, offer creation, tax management, and the B2B portal for business customers. Odoo automated tasks and allowed employees to quickly and centrally access all necessary information.
