TUXEDO Computers was looking for an ERP system that would enable smooth centralized control. Previously, the customer was using Actindo. Odoo prevailed as the software of choice because it also offers accounting functions. OBS Solutions was convincing right from the start and is the Odoo partner of choice for TUXEDO Computers. From the outset, one of the requirements for the new software was that there should be well-functioning interfaces to the HHG store and Netsuite.

After around 1.5 years, TUXEDO Computers was live with its new ERP system. The Odoo software essentially consists of purchase, sales, inventory, helpdesk and CRM. OBS Solutions provided interfaces to the Netsuite system of one of the customer's subcontractors, which is currently in the implementation process, to ensure seamless collaboration. Adjustments were made in the areas of import and accounting. The recommendation to also move the web store to Odoo so that all data can be seamlessly processed and synchronized in the system was not pursued. Many costs and efforts were invested in the well-maintained HHG store and the customer wants to hold on to this. Simplification options were and are also being looked at in other areas. An upgrade with OBS Solutions is currently planned.
